LA Exotic Cars Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. A valid credit card is required for all reservations. We reserve the right to refuse any booking.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is due at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and debit cards.

4. Vehicle Use

Vehicles are to be used only for the purposes outlined in the booking agreement. Unauthorized use or modification of the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

5. Driver Requirements

The driver must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. Additional requirements may apply depending on the vehicle.

6. Insurance

Liability insurance is included in the rental price. However, additional insurance options may be available for purchase.

7. Damage and Accidents

You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by your negligence. Report any accidents or damage immediately to our customer service team.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the time of cancellation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
